DIY Custom Kitchen Cupboards Designer

This calculator should help you figure out how to cut all of the wood pieces needed for making built-in kitchen cabinets So far, I've only used it for floor-to-ceiling cabinets and not with a counter with upper and lower cabinets.
This design is based on the bookshelf design that I've used a number of times.

Instructions

  1. If this is your first time here, leave the settings as they are, and just use my defaults and click Calculate.
Note that my defaults are probably not what you want; for example, you might want to set column widths the same and set long stiles if your ceilings are under 8 feet.
  2. Measure and fill in the choices for your number of cabinets and size.
  3. All measurements should be in decimal format, e.g. .75 for 3/4" or .5 for 1/2".
  4. Most items can be hovered over for more details.
