Powered by LifeTypeWe got our gas bill for February - the highest we have gotten in a long time. Apparently, the average temperature was eleven degrees colder than last year, causing us to use two and a half time more gas than we did last February.
We did leave our heat on more last month than usual, but that was because our furnace can't quickly (in less than eight hours) raise the temperature of our house ten or fifteen degrees like it can when the temperatures are warmer.
I hope this global warming trend doesn't continue - otherwise, I'll probably have to spend the time and money to insulate my house.
