Had another prenatal appointment yesterday. All is well. She found the heartbeat right away this time, but Jon couldn't find it himself. He is too cautious - but I'd sure rather he be too gentle than too rough!
We had to wait a little while because there was a new baby born this morning. He was a big one (9lb 14oz), but of course little compared to anyone else we know. Our midwife brought him out for us to see, and Jonathan had a sweet expression of curious joy on his face as he looked.
