It is so cool to watch things grow. Last Wednesday, May 12, I got all our pots together with new dirt and planted hot peppers, radishes, lettuce and spinach. We also have three cherry tomato plants generously donated by a friend.
The radishes and lettuce were already coming up by the time we arrived home on Monday, and one spinach plant poked out today.
I was not so gung ho about gardening at first - Jon had to be excited for me. But this year, after our success with hot peppers last year, I have quite enough gung-ho-edness for myself. (:
