Mmmmm. I have fond memories of the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki we found at a house down the street when we stayed a week in Sendai.

Here's a picture of our dinner. You can't see the bonito flakes dance, but they did. :) It sure was delicious!

You might not be able to tell from Jon's post, but he does really like okonomiaki. Jonathan ate some and asked for more. Though he did get upset at having to finish the last bit that he had put too much sauce on. (It's just so fun to squeeze a bottle!)
