Today at lunch, Jonathan opened the refrigerator door, took out the pitcher of iced tea (about 2-3 cups left), brought it to the table, climbed up on his chair, and began pouring the tea into his cup.
He was perfect until then, but he had not yet been shown how to twist the lid so the hole matches the spout. The tea was not coming out, so he tipped the pitcher more, and then sploosh! - the lid fell out and so did the tea, all over the table. Thankfully, the placemat absorbed most of it.

He did well pouring once the lid was off, but we still do have a few skills left to teach and practice.
