10/26 - Jonathan crumbled his biscuit all over the dining room floor, so I asked him if he could vacuum it up. I got out the vacuum cleaner for him, and he did a great job all by himself! Then he wanted to play with the mini vacuum and he found a very funny game of picking up his color bits with the suction.
He is saying more full sentences now, though he still mostly uses the main verbs and nouns. A few examples, "I'll be right back!" and "Hold you, please, Mommy." Not quite a real sentence, but cute is "Mr.Grover sing happy birthday cake!"

He is also starting to make up stories. "Drive white car, crash into black car, CRASH! Red car, CRASH!" "Jonathan felled over, bonked head, rolled over in road, bonked HEAD!"

Also last night while on the phone with Grammy, he wanted to show her his bits. Jon held them up for him, and he correctly identified eight out of ten vehicles (mobile crane, giant dump truck, etc.) Then he flipped through the national flags on his own and named Canada, Brazil and Japan.

"Drive white car, crash into black car, CRASH! Red car, CRASH!" At the risk of sounding sexist, is this a boy or what?
