Monday, Noah walked all the way to the ShurSave on his own two legs.  He also pushed the stroller the last half.  The only exception was that I carried him across Friendship Ave because his walking speed is not yet up to crossing that busier road.

In other news, he can say "all gone" (ah-gah) and "more" (hard to spell.)

He loves jumping on the bed with Jonathan, and his favorite game is Ring Around the Rosies.  They don't hold hands, but walk around in circles while I sing the song, of course falling down when I get to the end.  Sometimes Noah falls sooner, but he always gets up again to fall at the right place.  (Can I get you frustrated by saying there's a video of it but it's not uploaded yet?)

Thank you!

That zeppelin is cool. How did you fill it, and what makes it stay up?

I'm so impressed by the sailboat -- it even has a centerboard!

Waiting for the story of the asphalt war....

Zeppelin - tie one end, hold it up in the wind to fill it, tie the other end. The sun heats the air inside, causing it to float. The effect was dramatic. As soon as clouds covered the sun, it would sink, then when the sun came back out, it would rise again. That was a present from Aunt Janet.

Not a big war - Jonathan and Sam tripped over each other in the dark. But the parents who were near said it was one of those horrible thunks on the ground. Not sure which head made the thunk, but they're both fine now.
