Jonathan likes to bark when he hears a dog barking.
The other day when I was shoveling, he did a great job with his own little shovel, and we managed to stay out the whole time it took me to do the job.

Last Friday, after grocery shopping, Jonathan carried a bag across the kitchen. When I told him that that bag needed to go to the panrty, he dragged it across the floor to the pantry and then handed me the items one at a time to put away.

He has been singing around the house recently. Yesterday, I was singing Camptown Racers (it's one of those that gets stuck in my head) and after a time, I absent-mindedly sang, "Camptown racers sing this song" and stopped. Jonathan filled in: "do da do da do da do da."

Today (and maybe last night, you'll have to ask Jon) Jonathan said "frog" - his own mother's son! Jude will be proud - he said it about the giant stuffed frog that she gave him.
