Jonathan was rolling out fondant and playing with cookie cutters and talking to himself about them when I heard him say, "cross" correctly! He also said, "green" correctly so I asked him to say "Grammy" and he did! They do sound slightly like "caross" or "Gerammy" but they're getting better and better.
Part of showing math dots is also showing equations. We've been doing addition, and Jonathan gets a kick out of the double numbers every time.
Mommy:9+9=18
Jonathan: Heehee! Nine plus nine. That rhymes!
There's nothing wrong with his eyes. We were having apples the other day and Jon asked Jonathan if he could read what the little sticker said. "Me!" We were having Jonathan apples.
