Jonathan has been quite consistently using the "milk" sign, sometimes with both hands! It is a fun game to sign "milk" to each other while he's nursing.
One time a couple of days ago, he did not seem as happy with the game as before, and I wondered if he was trying to sign "toilet." I showed him the two signs next to each other, specifying which was which.
This afternoon while he was nursing, I saw him doing something with his hand - clearly, he was trying to make the "t" sign so he could tell me he needed to go to the bathroom. So we went downstairs, and sure enough!
