I noticed that upromise now allows you to withdraw your money instead of having to wait until your kid goes to college.  Given that our balance is currently $90.74 (thanks Grandma for $16 of that) it'll take a long time before we could even put it in a 529 account, assuming they are going to stick around, and so withdrawing that money now (and spending on our recent Rainbow Resources order for homeschooling stuff) seems like a good use of that money.

Glad you can use it. Sorry it's not more; I don't buy that much stuff with Upromise rewards attached. Maybe now that I know you can actually get it back, I'll look harder. :) Not that that would induce me to pay more for a product to get a 5 cent savings....

Yeah, we don't look for anything in particular. I think a bunch of that money I got when I was in college when upromise first started - I think they had better deals back then.

I noticed that currently, the only payments we have gotten in the last couple months were from orange juice.
