I happened across Wynne's blog today, since I was poking around on various CMU alums' web sites. She recently linked to this story about standardized testing. I don't have much that is original to say about this, but figured some of you might like to read the article.

Noah's height chart is doing the same straight-line projection that Jonathan's weight chart did.
28" tall, 18lb 11oz.
I never pay much attention to the head circumference number, but that chart was also straight-line. The last two times, the nurse has double-checked that measurement, but Dr.Anderson wasn't concerned because Noah's overall growth is consistent. He's a big boy!

Noah was having a hard time this early morning and he reached for my fingers to chew on them. Then I felt it! Tooth ridges on the bottom right! (More)

Reading Mom's post about the TV/autism study reminded me of my own recent negative TV experience. (More)

I never did anything with Jonathan's cradle cap and it's still there. It's hidden by hair and doesn't bother him, so I continue to do nothing. But Noah's looks different, and actually more noticable, so I thought I'd try to do something about it. (More)

Jonathan just put on his own pajamas all by himself! This is the first time he has put on the shirt part before. He can now put on and take off socks, shoes, underwear, pants and shirt. That's everything!

I hadn't really paid attention to this date, since there have been so many delays and various things, but I just got this from Vicki:
Unless we hear otherwise, Judy's hearing is still on for Thursday. I just spoke with Judy and she asked me to post a reminder regarding the hearing.

Thursday's hearing will include witness testimony on both sides which promises to be emotional, to say the least. This is NOT just a formality. The judge can make preliminary rulings after hearing both sides as to what happens from here. Her attorney remains positive, but the outcome is still very uncertain. The only thing she is certain of is that God is in control.

Please make this a matter of utmost concern and prayer. Pray for wisdom for her attorney, fairness on behalf of the judge and that truth will prevail in the court room. Pray that any attempts to promote injustice will be blocked and that Judy and her family will be uplifted with strength and renewed hope and confidence.
Also, Judy has been busy with a wedding for her daughter, a mid-term exam (tomorrow) and just getting over a cold, so please pray for that as well.
